Service Agreement
Thanks for signing up for Effortless Bins. This agreement covers how the service works, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Effortless Bins provides weekly bin management for residential customers in the Trento neighborhood of Cedar Park, Texas. Service includes:
- Wheeling your trash and/or recycling bin to the curb before scheduled pickup
- Returning your bin to its storage location after pickup is complete
- Recycling bins are serviced on alternating weeks, in line with Cedar Park's recycling schedule
2. Pricing and Billing
- Full service (out and back): $28/month
- One direction only (out or back): $18/month
Billing occurs monthly on your signup date and renews on that same date each month. Payment is processed through EffortlessBins.com.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Just let us know before your next billing date and you will not be charged for the following month. No cancellation fees, no hassle.
4. What We Need From You
- Your bin must be accessible and in a consistent storage location.
- If your bin location changes, please let us know in advance.
- Gates or access codes that block bin access need to be shared with us or left unlocked on service days.
- Bins must be standard city-issued bins. We cannot move oversized, damaged, or overloaded bins.
5. Missed Service
We make every effort to service your bin on time, every week. If we miss a scheduled service due to our error, you will receive a full refund of that month's payment.
We are not responsible for missed service caused by inaccessible bins, blocked driveways, severe weather, or circumstances outside our control.
6. Liability
We handle your bins with care. Effortless Bins is not responsible for pre-existing damage to bins, damage caused by city collection trucks, or bins that are lost or removed by the city. If we cause damage to your bin during service, please contact us and we will work to make it right.
7. Changes to This Agreement
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we will let you know before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
